Over break we worked on a puzzle that we had borrowed from the Reagens. Before deconstructing it this morning the kids wanted to preserve a picture, so we could remember who chose to live in which house. Hopefully they remember better than me!
Omaha with the Foley-Murphys
Yesterday Susan, Andrew, Mari, and Lucia headed to Omaha to meet up with the Foley-Murphys at the Durham Museum. They enjoyed exploring and especially enjoyed going through an old train.
Where were Elliot and I? Andrew had to leave the Christmas gathering early because he was not feeling well, Mari was sick the next day, and Elliot got it just as we were supposed to be heading west. Bummer.
White Christmas?
It isn’t looking like it is going to be a White Christmas, but the kids at least got to play with a little bit of snow this morning!
The Game Closet
This evening Susan decided it was time to clean out the game closet. The game closet is in Andrew’s room and is a fairly large closet. Good thing – because we have about 85 games. We managed to get rid of a few, but the kids convinced us to keep the rest.
