Mari and Elliots soccer teams are participating in a tournament this weekend. Mari’s team got to play under the lights to close out Saturday play.

Dance Continues
Lucia is not playing soccer this year because of the pandemic, but she is continuing with her dance classes – online. This year she has ballet, tap, and hip-hop and she is loving it so far.
First Cross Country Race
Today was the first Cross Country race for Andrew and Mari. Cross Country and Soccer have been lifesavers during the pandemic because they are all outside and it gives the kids a chance to exercise and see their friends. Mari, Andrew, and Elliot are all running this year. Elliot’s first meet isn’t for a couple of weeks.
Lucia’s Dance Recital
Lucia took dance this past winter and spring, with everything online during the spring. There was no dance recital, so this evening the Reagens and the Liesses came over for her solo recital. Rose also got in on the action, as well as Mari and Hope, who requested that their video not be added to the blog.
Elliot’s Solo Festival
This evening Susan took Elliot to his solo festival. All members of the band have an opportunity to play a solo for a judge who rates them on various measures. I think it went well.
Dance Class
Lucia is going to take the spring off from soccer and is back in her dance class. She loves dance and this year she wants to stay after every class to watch the older girls.
Elliot’s Band Concert
Tonight was Elliot’s first concert with the 7th grade band. Elliot plays the saxophone and is straight down the back row, near the back.
Living History Farms Race
This morning Andrew ran in the Living History Farms race. It was pretty good weather and he had a lot of fun with his friends.
Lucia’s Tumbling
This afternoon was Lucia’s tumbling showcase. This semester she has been attending a homeschool tumbling class on Tuesday afternoons, led by old homeschool kids. She loves it!
